You already know businesses that need SEO, paid ads, or a better website. Send them to YourRankers™, we handle strategy, execution, and reporting, and you get paid on every rupee we collect.
All commissions are calculated on the net realized value, which is the project value minus 18% GST and the currency conversion and processing cost of your chosen payout method. Partner payouts are settled in USD.
Website build, SEO audit, brand identity, landing page, or any one-off scope. Paid once, on the full net project value.
Monthly retainers with a committed term of 3 to 6 months. Commission is paid on each net invoice through the contract period.
Engagements running 6 to 12 months. Higher rate, larger contract value, and payouts spread across every billing cycle.
Long term corporate accounts. You earn 5% on every invoice for as long as the client stays with us, creating a compounding passive income stream.
All partner payouts are settled in USD. The calculator will apply the 18% GST and the actual currency conversion and processing costs associated with your selected payment method, then display your commission.

| Term | Detail |
|---|---|
| Commission base | Gross project value minus 18% GST and minus the currency-conversion and processing cost of the selected payout method. Third-party pass-through costs such as ad spend, licenses and hosting are excluded from the base. |
| Conversion & processing cost | Applied at the actual rate of your chosen payment method: PayPal approximately 7–8%, Stripe approximately 6.5–7.5%, Wise approximately 4–5%, and bank wire approximately 2.5–3.5%. The applicable rate will be confirmed with you in writing during onboarding. |
| Payout trigger | Commission becomes payable only after YourRankers™ has received cleared payment from the client. |
| Payout cycle | Released within 15 working days of realisation, with a statement showing gross, deductions, net, rate and payout. |
| Lead validity | A referred lead stays attributed to you for 90 days from registration. Signed contracts remain attributed for their full term. |
| Retainer commissions | Paid on every invoice raised within the committed contract term, not as a single upfront amount. |
| Long-Term | The 5% corporate rate continues for as long as the account remains active and in good standing. |
| Renewals & upsells | Contract renewals are rated at the tier matching the renewal term. Upsells to a referred client earn commission at the applicable tier. |
| Withholding tax (residents) | TDS at 2% under Section 194H / Section 393 once aggregate commission exceeds ₹20,000 in a financial year, subject to a valid PAN. 20% under Section 206AA where PAN is not furnished. Quarterly TDS certificate issued. |
| Withholding tax (non-residents) | Withholding under Section 195 at the applicable rate, read with the relevant DTAA. Tax Residency Certificate, Form 10F and a no-PE declaration required to claim treaty benefit. Form 15CA/15CB processed as required. |
| GST on commission | GST-registered partners must raise a tax invoice bearing their GSTIN; GST is payable in addition to the commission. Unregistered partners are paid without GST and remain responsible for their own registration position. |
| Relationship | Independent contractor. No employment, agency authority, partnership at law, or joint venture is created. Partners may not bind YourRankers™ or make commitments on our behalf. |
| Changes to terms | Rates and terms may be revised on prior written notice. Changes apply prospectively; commission accrued on engagements signed earlier continues at the original rate for that term. |
| Exclusions | Refunded, cancelled, written-off or charged-back invoices carry no commission. Pure ad-spend pass-through is excluded from the base. |
| Payment methods | PayPal, Stripe, Wise, or direct bank wire. Your preferred payment method will be selected during onboarding and can be changed upon request. An invoice or self billing statement is required. |
Two deductions are applied to the gross project value before your commission percentage is calculated. First, 18% GST as applicable in India. Second, the currency conversion and processing costs associated with your chosen payout method. Your commission percentage is then applied to the remaining amount. Every commission statement clearly shows the gross project value, each deduction, and your commission, so there are no hidden costs.
USD, always. Project values, calculations and payouts are all handled in US dollars regardless of where the client is based, so your commission is never affected by rupee movement between invoice and payout. The calculator can display an approximate INR equivalent if you want one, but that figure is indicative only.
The total cost depends entirely on how you choose to receive the money. Based on commonly reported 2026 costs for receiving USD in India, PayPal typically costs around 7–8% all-in, including a 4.4% cross-border commercial fee, a $0.30 fixed fee, and approximately 3–4% in currency conversion charges. Stripe typically costs around 6.5–7.5%, based on a 4.3% international card processing fee for USD-billed cards, approximately 2% in currency conversion charges, and GST on its service fees. Wise generally costs around 4–5% once transfer fees and receiving bank charges are included. A direct bank wire or SWIFT transfer is usually the most cost-effective option at around 2.5–3.5%, although fixed correspondent banking charges can make it less efficient for smaller payments. These are indicative ranges based on commonly reported costs and may vary depending on your account type, transaction volume, and payment corridor. Please confirm the applicable rates with your payment provider before selecting a payout method.
For recurring monthly retainer commissions, Wise generally offers the best value. For larger one time payouts, a direct bank wire is usually more cost effective, as fixed transfer charges represent a smaller proportion of the total amount. PayPal is typically the most expensive option, but it is also one of the quickest and easiest to set up. Let your partner manager know your preferred payout method during onboarding. You can change your payment method later upon request.
The conversion and processing cost is deducted before commission is calculated, so it is shared proportionally rather than borne by either side alone. This is why the payout method you select genuinely changes your take-home, and why the calculator asks you to choose one.
No. There is no joining fee, no subscription, and no minimum referral target. You only need to sign the partnership agreement.
Not at all. You only need to make the introduction. Our team handles discovery calls, proposals, pricing, delivery and reporting. We also give you decks, case studies and pricing sheets if you'd like to lead the conversation yourself.
Send the client's name and business details to your partner manager, or use your referral ID. We confirm registration in writing, and that attribution holds for 90 days.
Within 15 working days of the client's payment clearing, in USD, via the payout method you selected at onboarding: PayPal, Stripe, Wise, or direct bank wire.
You keep earning. Renewals are rated at the tier that matches the renewal term, and upsells to your referred client earn at the applicable tier. Corporate accounts on the 5% lifetime tier keep paying out for as long as the account is active.
Yes. We offer a white-label arrangement where you remain the primary point of contact and we work behind your brand. Ask your partner manager to set this up during onboarding.
Yes, where the law requires it. Referral commission paid to a resident partner falls under Section 194H of the Income Tax Act (consolidated into Section 393 under the Income Tax Act 2025). TDS is deducted at 2% once your aggregate commission crosses ₹20,000 in a financial year, provided you have furnished a valid PAN. Without a PAN, the higher rate of 20% applies under Section 206AA. TDS is computed on the base commission, not on any GST shown separately on your invoice. You receive a Form 16A / TDS certificate each quarter and can claim the credit in your return. If you hold a valid lower or nil deduction certificate, we apply the rate stated in it.
Not to join. But if you are GST-registered or become liable to register once your aggregate turnover crosses the threshold, you must raise a proper tax invoice with your GSTIN for your commission, and GST is payable on it in addition to the commission amount. Referral and commission services are generally treated as intermediary services under GST, so the place of supply rules can apply even when the underlying client is overseas. If you are not registered, we pay the commission without GST and you remain responsible for your own registration position. We recommend confirming your status with your chartered accountant before your first payout.
Payments to non-resident partners are subject to withholding under Section 195 of the Income Tax Act, at the rate applicable after considering the relevant Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) between India and your country of residence. To claim a beneficial treaty rate you must provide a valid Tax Residency Certificate, Form 10F, and a no-permanent-establishment declaration. Remittances are processed with Form 15CA/15CB certification as required. Any tax due in your own jurisdiction is your responsibility.
You are. Partners engage with us as independent contractors, not as employees, agents with authority to bind us, or a joint venture. You are responsible for your own income tax, GST where applicable, business registration, and any filing obligations in your jurisdiction. We deduct and deposit only the taxes Indian law requires us to withhold, and provide the corresponding certificates.
PAN (for resident partners), bank or payout account details, GSTIN if you are registered, and a signed partnership agreement. Non-resident partners additionally provide a Tax Residency Certificate, Form 10F, and a no-PE declaration. Payouts cannot be released until these are on file, since we are legally required to withhold and report correctly.
No cap, and no limit on the number of referrals. Several partners run multiple active engagements at once across different tiers.
No joining fee. No targets. No delivery work. Send us one line about the clients you already talk to, and we'll come back within one working day with your agreement, referral ID and partner kit.
